Founded in 2024, Emory Development Group was built on the belief that everyone deserves access to high-quality, thoughtfully designed homes—especially in the growing suburban and rural communities surrounding the Triangle and RDU area. Our mission is to create affordable new construction that blends quality, functionality, and long-term value for everyday families. This work is deeply personal to me, having grown up in a modest manufactured home in rural North Carolina, where I saw firsthand the difference a safe and dependable home can make. That experience continues to inspire my commitment to helping first-time homebuyers find not just a property, but a place they can truly build a future.
What's Next?
Construction is currently wrapping up on our latest project in Selma, NC, where we're excited to deliver another high-quality, attainable home to the market. Looking ahead, Emory Development Group has acquired a significant parcel of over five acres, where land subdivision is now underway. This site will become a new residential street, thoughtfully designed to offer multiple new construction homes that reflect our core values of affordability and quality. Groundbreaking is scheduled for Q3, marking an exciting next chapter as we expand our impact and continue building communities from the ground up.
